At Eidan Modz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy explains how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return if:

    • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

    • The product is incorrect (different from what you ordered).

  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

2. Time Frame for Returns

  • Customers must notify us of a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and proof (photo/video if damaged).

  • Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided via bank transfer or mobile wallet as agreed with the customer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective).

6. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible products.

  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
