At Eidan Modz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy explains how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The product is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
Products must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
2. Time Frame for Returns
Customers must notify us of a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and proof (photo/video if damaged).
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after receiving the returned product.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided via bank transfer or mobile wallet as agreed with the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Sale/discounted items (unless defective).
6. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund for eligible products.
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
